1. create a profile using command:

JBossFuse:karaf@root> mq-create --minimumInstances 2 --data /apps/fuse/messages/totos --group esbgroup-totos broker-totos MQ profile mq-broker-esbgroup-totos.broker-totos ready

2. then I deleted the profile through the admin console.
see the screenshot.

3.Then I can not create any profiles.

JBossFuse:karaf@root> mq-create --minimumInstances 2 --data /apps/fuse/messages/aas --group esbgroup-aa broker-aa Error executing command: Profile mq-broker-esbgroup-totos.broker-totos is not valid

I found the root cause is that:
The requirement are not deleted properly for this profile ( scaling tab > Profile Requirement in the admin console).
When removing the requirement of the impacted profile, everything is fine during the creation of another broker.
