When deploying multiple profiles in one go to a Fabric managed container where the deployed bundles create CXF endpoints, not all of the endpoints get registered correctly in the Fabric registry.
The Zookeeper subtree /fabric/registry/clusters/apis/ws will only contain a subset of the CXF endpoints that got created.
As a result some CXF endpoints are not exposed by the HTTP Gateway.
