Salesforce is disabling TLSv1.0 connections for production organizations on March 4, 2017.

We should change the defaults to disable TLSv.1.0 and as a proactive measure for clients not running Java 6 update 111 (or newer) or if the runtime does not support TLSv1.1 or newer issue a warning.
