After upgrading to 621159 the bundle status don't show STARTED

    Description

      After patching 6.2.1 084 to 621159 like following:

      patch:add --bundles file:/c:/fuse/jboss-fuse-full-6.2.1.redhat-159.zip
fabric:version-create --description "Upgrade 621159 Rollup 4" 621159
patch:fabric-install --version 621159 --upload --username admin --password admin jboss-fuse-full-6.2.1.redhat-159
patch:fabric-synchronize
fabric:container-upgrade 621159 child

      Some bundles based on spring-osgi doesn't start and we have to run osgi:restart.

      We see in the log, the following error:
