Integration Pack Quickstarts do not compile

      Following the Integration Pack's installation guide and doc-recommended Maven settings.xml results in Quickstarts that don't compile. (Specifically 'switchyard-rules-multithreaded' and 'switchyard-rules-csv').

      The problem can be fixed if the following repo is added, but this is of no use to a customer:
      http://download.lab.bos.redhat.com/brewroot/repos/jb-bxms-6.3-build/latest/maven/
