Quickstarts/example projects profiles not included by default

      1. Just extract a fresh Fuse 6.3.0 stock package.
      2. start it
      3. create a fabric
      4. go to Hawtio console
      5. access Profile page and click quickstarts link.

      No quickstarts/examples profiles available by default on Fabric mode. See screenshots attached.

      They are present on zip installation package, but they are not deployed by default on Fabric Maven proxy!

      In order to deploy them you have to manually running: mvn fabric8:deploy inside $FUSE_HOME/quickstarts.
