Integration package does not upgrade kie components when installed over previous int pack

      1. Install Fuse 6.2.1 Update 4 on EAP 6.4.10
      2. Install IP 6.2.1 Up3: 
        $ unzip ~/Downloads/fuse-integration-eap-full-1.4.0.redhat-621043-installer.zip
$ java -jar kie-eap-installer-6.4.0.Final-redhat-8.jar
$ java -jar fuse-integration-eap-installer-1.4.0.redhat-621043.jar
$ find . -name 'drools-core*.jar'
./modules/system/layers/bpms/org/drools/main/drools-core-6.4.0.Final-redhat-8.jar => OK
      3. Install IP 6.2.1 Up4: 
        $ unzip ~/Downloads/fuse-integration-eap-full-1.4.0.redhat-621053-installer.zip
$ java -jar kie-eap-installer-6.4.0.Final-redhat-10.jar
$ java -jar fuse-integration-eap-installer-1.4.0.redhat-621053.jar
$ find . -name 'drools-core*.jar'
./modules/system/layers/bpms/org/drools/main/drools-core-6.4.0.Final-redhat-8.jar => NOT OK - should be redhat-10

      Workaround - remove the kie installer from the fusepatch dir:

      $ rm -rf fusepatch/repository/kie-eap-distribution/6.4.0.Final-redhat-8/
$ java -jar kie-eap-installer-6.4.0.Final-redhat-10.jar

      Installing the Integration Packages in the following order:

      1. Integration Pack for Red Hat JBoss Fuse 6.2.1 Roll Up 3 on EAP, BRMS 6.3 Update 2 and BPM Suite 6.3 Update 2 Installer
      2. Integration Pack for Red Hat JBoss Fuse 6.2.1 Roll Up 4 on EAP, BRMS 6.3 Update 3 and BPM Suite 6.3 Update 3 Installer

      results in the kie binaries not being updated, without any obvious message that this didn't happen.
