Sprint 6 - towards CR1
This issue occurs randomly, from time to time, the containers that are joining the ensemble will get stuck in provision status != success state.
Mostly after creating a 3node ensemble, one container gets stuck in validating baseline information and two containers are successfully provisioned.
Now I got (no change after ~20 mins of waiting):

I applied these steps:
container-create-child root test 2 ensemble-add --force test1 test2
