camel:rest-show command has required [context] parameter shown as optional

      In 6.2.1 the "camel:rest-show" commands did not require a context parameter, only route.
      When trying in 6.3 we get:

      JBossFuse:karaf@root> rest-show routeOne
Camel context null not found.

      context parameter is shown as optional in help:

      JBossFuse:karaf@root> rest-show --help
DESCRIPTION
        camel:rest-show

	Display the Camel REST definition in XML

SYNTAX
        camel:rest-show [options] route [context]
