Allow restriction of protocols and ciphers in the org.ops4j.pax.web.cfg PID, similar to what is allowed in jetty.xml. The jetty.xml resource does not make use of the port service, so allowing a fabric profile to specify the restrictions would allow use of both the security restrictions and the port service.
