Add a ProjectReifier that takes config files and location of artifacts to install from fabric8-profiles, and builds an EAP project.
Hopefully there's tooling available from EAP to create a maven project that spits out an EAP docker image. Alternatively, the docker maven plugin can be used to create the image from a 'template' standalone configuration.
