Since fabric8-profile generated containers will be statically configured, checksum: urls should simply be mapped to resources added to ${karaf.home}/etc, i.e. there is no need to actually monitor the checksum of the file
There might be a use case for a user defined application resource that might change, but since the change will come from a profile edit, which will kick-off the container project build pipeline, there is no need for monitoring the file, as it should never directly be edited or replaced.
