Additional CDI camel context always created

      When having empty beans.xml and Spring XML DSL in one WAR/JAR, then two camel context are created:

      • Spring Camel Context - created from Spring XML DSL
      • CDI camel context - created based on empty beans.xml.

      The CDI camel context does not contain anything useful and when one tries to examine it in hawtio console, then hawtio console exception is thrown.

      It also makes swagger-java documentation URL to not respond.
