There are missing all tabs in Fabric perspective except Containers tab.

It happens irregularly and it isn't easily reproducible sometimes but it is, mostly when I run tests that start new instance of fuse and create Fabric.

I guess it's somehow browser-related (local storage, cookies...?). But I remember it also happened in a new browser window in private mode. It isn't browser-dependent.
