Backport SWITCHYARD-2796 to Fuse 6.2.1

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-8476 changed the fault handling logic in Camel if there is no out message.

This requires the code change from SWITCHYARD-2796 for the fault to be propagated correctly on the Switchyard side.
