fabric:create command terminates a script

      Unlike in Fuse 6.1.0, running fabric:create in a script (executed with the bin/client) utility causes the script to terminate. Presumably the client session is simply disconnected, perhaps because a bundle restarts.

      This is very problematic for customers who already have a scripted fabric installation in place from 6.1.0 – significant changes to the scripting will be required to use the same scripting approach with 6.2.1.
