cxf.xml is not used by SOAP binding in Karaf

    Description

      File cxf.xml is not used by SOAP binding in Switchyard in Karaf container. I tried to put file into root folder (/) of my bundle and also into /META-INF/cxf folder but it is not used. So I tried to put file into an exported package but it did not help. I also tried to start Spring container for cxf.xml file using Spring-Context OSGi header but with no success.

      Is this use case supported? I think it should be supported: https://access.redhat.com/solutions/1585683
