Java 9 should be GA by the time Fuse 7 is released so (see http://openjdk.java.net/projects/jdk9/ ), Fuse 7 should run on both Java 8 and 9.

We should also start investigating Java 9 features to see if any are compelling enough that we should create integration modules for them.
