shade plugin cannot handle SAXONICA.RSA/SF in saxon-9.4.0.4_1.jar

Got this in the build logs

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-shade-plugin:1.4:shade (default) on project fuse-esb-medium-dependencies: Error creating shaded jar: Invalid signature file digest for Manifest main attributes -> [Help 1]

Need to exclude these 2 files similar to http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MSHADE-61. Problem is that this usage is within the maven-notices-plugin so we'll need a new release of that to proceed.
