secure-soap example deployment fails - Could not find artifact cglib:cglib-nodep:jar:2.2.2

I can't deploy secure-soap example, in fuseesb.log there is exception:

Caused by: org.sonatype.aether.transfer.ArtifactNotFoundException: Could not find artifact cglib:cglib-nodep:jar:2.2.2 in repos0 (http://repo1.maven.org/maven2@id=maven.central.repo)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add "smx=smx,admin" to etc/users.properties
2. In examples/secure-soap directory run:
mvn clean install
3. In base directory run:
bin/client -u smx -p smx "osgi:install -s fab:mvn:org.fusesource.examples/secure-soap/7.1.0.fuse-044"
