This component is intended to resolve issues customer has been encountering
with the Camel-HL7 endpoint.

Two main features are, a line based decoder, and handling for long lived,
statefull TCP connections.

This component will be donated to Apache Camel, such that Redhat can
then pick up the code, and include it in a Fuse patch.

This requirement is to capture that effort. This will be a very useful component for all healthcare customers.
