Up and down cursor keys don't work in karaf console on Windows.

      Up and down cursor keys don't work (for selecting previously executed commands) in karaf console on Windows, characters "ÓHÓPÓHÓP" are printed to console. Up and down works correctly on numeric keypad (when num lock is turned off).

      Cursor keys work correctly on Linux platform.

      This problem is also seen on Windows 7. This issue wasn't present is Fuse ESB 4.4.0-fuse-00-43.
