[6.3] Summary of problems with version alignment

I'd like to have a summary of issues related to version alignment in Fuse 6.3. Please add two kinds of comments here:

1. requests for version updates ( - with "(*)")
2. problems related to requested updates ( - with "(*r)")

Here are some of mine:

• JMS 2.0 (ENTESB-4135)
• Servlets API 3.1 == Pax-Web 4.2.x == Jetty 9
• CXF 3.1.x
• httpclient 4.4.x (used by CXF 3.1.x) - but there's problem with HTTPCLIENT-1652 that breaks scenarios with authenticated proxies - we should upgrade straight to httpclient 4.5.x and do the same in CXF 3.1.x
• Camel 2.16.x
• jclouds 1.9.1 (it is used by Camel 2.16.x)
