Right now the integration pack needs to be rebuilt for every version combination of Fuse and BxMS even if there are no binary compatibility breaking changes in either Fuse of BxMS. This is because when a user builds a mvn project against the integration pack, the integration pack poms transtively bring in specific versions of Fuse and BxMS components.

A user app should be forced to configure Fuse, BxMS, and Integration pack component versions in his pom.

We should provided a way to run the integration test suites: using old version of the integration pack against new versions of Fuse and BxMS to validate binary compatibility of the integration with the newer version of Fuse and BxMS
