Add fault flag on JMS binding

On the camel JMS binding it is required to set the exchange as failed when the reply that is included in the ReplyJMS Queue is failed.

For doing this it is just required to add a jms property.

This problem is appearing when the exchange reply is failed, but there is no exception.
