Some artifacts, referred into profiles is not packed with the distro.

This prevents the successful provisioning in case of offline environments.

One artifact reported missing is:

io.fabric8.examples/fabric-loanbroker-rateservice/${version:fabric}

Referenced in jboss-fuse-6.2.1.redhat-083/fabric/import/fabric/profiles/example/camel/loanbroker/mq.loanBroker.profile/io.fabric8.agent.properties

But there could be more.
