[Patch mechanism] Missing startup bundles when migrating container joined via fabric:join command

    • migrating fabric env created 6.2.0 GA to 6.2.1

      1. create fabric on 6.2.0 GA
      2. on remote machine unzip 6.2.0 GA full distro and change karaf.name in etc/system.properties (require becase there is bug in fabric:join command)
      3. on remote machine fabric:join zookeper:uri
      4. upgrade root using new patch mechanism
      5. upgrade joined container (restart is needed)
      6. try to start the joined container

      There is problem migrating container joined to fabric on 6.2.0 GA to 6.2.1 using the new patch mechanism. Important note is that joined container was created from jboss-fuse-full-6.2.0-GA distro.

      After upgrade container can't start because there are missing startup bundles and fails with this exception when executing bin/fuse.
