hchirino@redhat.com has suggested we updated our pull request jobs so that the just use the default github pull request builder workflow instead of the rebase script that we currently use. The downside of this is that we would end up with two log messages for every commit. The advantage is that it preserves merge tracking, makes merges from existing branches, easier, and allows github tools like the PR view to know when feature branches are merged.

We may want to discuss this with the whole group before going ahead with it.
