RH Access: Opening "Open New Case" page should highlight "Open New Case" link in the bar

      It's possible to go to the Open New Case by clicking Open a NEw Support Case button at List cases and Diagnose Log pages.
      But the link which is highlighted in the upper bar is always the page which you came from. It should be Open New Case link instead.
