RH Access: Only Diagnose Log page shows Sign in dialog when the user is logged out

      If the user logged out or clicked Cancel button on "sign in" dialog, s/he must go to Diagnose Log page. Other pages (Open New Case, List Cases, Search KB) don't show the dialog.

      Note:
      If you open the RH Access pages from the main RH Access drop-down menu, sign in dialog shows on every page.
