child container can't be started

      A child container when created from a Fabric server running on Windows 8.1 can't be started.
      I suspect that we have a hostname/IP resolving issue and/or a problem as JDK 8 uses IPv6 on Windows instead of IPv4

      We can also observe from the screenshots that the jolokia/git addresses aren't defined, that the child container is created using the hostname of the machine even if we pass as bind address 127.0.0.1
