Remote child container fails to start if remote root is created at a patched version

      1) Extract JBoss Fuse 6.2
      2) Start JBoss Fuse using ./bin/start
      3) Create fabric using the following command: fabric:create --clean --resolver localip --wait-for provisioning
      4) Uploaded and apply the 6.1 patch to the root container
      5) From Hawtio create a remote shh root container at the 6.1 patch profile version
      6) From hawtio create a child container on the remote root at the 6.1 patch profile version

      The following error occurs when trying to start a remote child container which was created from a remote root container created at the 6.1 P1 patch version:

      If the remote container is created at the GA (1.0 profile version) the child is created and starts normally.
