The Switchyard examples in the quickstarts/switchyard directory do not build, with Maven settings documented for Fuse in general. We just get a bunch of missing dependencies.

The switchyard directory contains a settings.xml of its own, so I guess that there is a clear implication that this should be used. However, this did not work for me either. I have in my collection a bunch of settings.xml files that are reported to work by my colleagues, but there are many reports that building is hit-and-miss, and sometimes it is necessary to use the -U switch to Maven.

Ideally these examples should build using the same Maven settings we document for the rest of Fuse. If that is not possible, then there ought to be clear documentation for the necessary Maven setup.
