CXF Rest endpoints don't all show up on the APIs page

      I execute the following commands in the Fuse shell:

      fabric:create 
wait-for-provisioning 
container-create-child --profile quickstarts-cxf-rest --profile quickstarts-cxf-soap root container 6
wait-for-provisioning

      Now I expect to have a cluster of the 6 services. However only some of the containers are included in the cluster:

      cluster-list | grep cxf/crm
   container2                                                           container2  -                                               http://vpn1-6-25.ams2.redhat.com:8186/cxf/crm                  
   container3                                                           container3  -                                               http://vpn1-6-25.ams2.redhat.com:8187/cxf/crm                  
   container4                                                           container4  -                                               http://vpn1-6-25.ams2.redhat.com:8183/cxf/crm                  

      cluster-list | grep cxf/HelloWorld
   container3                                                           container3  -                                               http://vpn1-6-25.ams2.redhat.com:8187/cxf/HelloWorld           
   container4                                                           container4  -                                               http://vpn1-6-25.ams2.redhat.com:8183/cxf/HelloWorld
