      create user in etc/users.properties -> john=john,Administrator
      create fabric
      go to hawtio -> jmx -> io.fabric8.Fabric -> operations

      I think there is missing config file in fuse 6.2 build 117: $FUSE_HOME/etc/auth/jmx.acl.io.fabric8.Fabric.cfg
