It would be best to indicated the fabric:profile-list only operates on the current default profile in Step 4. If the patch has been applied to a profile other than the default than the specific profile version should be passed as an argument to the command or the default profile version should be set to the version which includes the patch.

This can be done using either:

fabric:profile-list --version [version] | grep patch

fabric:version-set-default [version]
