Settings for HTTP maven proxy does not work

      1. start fuse, create fabric
      2. set up http proxy (e.g. squid)
      3. fabric:profile-edit --pid io.fabric8.maven/proxyHost=172.16.77.90 fabric
      4. fabric:profile-edit --pid io.fabric8.maven/proxyPort=3128 fabric
      5. add profile with artifact located in remote repo (e.g. from central)
      6. watch squid log - artifact is resolved but not trough proxy server
