cursor keys don't work when connected to an ESB instance using bin/client.bat on Windows

      If you connect to a running Fuse ESB Enterprise 7.0.1 instance on Windows using the bin/client.bat script one cannot use the cursor keys in the karaf shell.
      Doing the same in the original karaf shell (started via bin/fuseesb) works fine.
