      This issue is based upon:
      https://fusesource.com/issues/browse/PROD-1569

      The issue appears to be that the war file upon install to the ESB has a second copy of spring added to the classpath - this copy interferes with the internal war copy.

      A version of the war file that reproduces the issue will be attached.
