RH Access - support case: Files with name more than 80 characters long can be uploaded despite of warning

There is warning when creating new support case saying:

"File names must be less than 80 characters. Maximum file size for web-uploaded attachments is 250 MB. Please FTP larger files to dropbox.redhat.com. (More info)"

But it is possible to upload files with name longer than 80 characters.
I did it with files with 82, 92 and 165 characters in their names and it worked.

The simplest solution would be to change this warning if there isn't any serious reason for an uploaded file name length limiting.
