Add New Profile Dialog: Clicking any profile name makes "Add" and "Cancel" buttons unresponsive

      1. run Hawtio, go to Fabric - Scaling - Status page
      2. Click "Target" link at the right upper corner which opens Edit Requirements dialog
      3. Click "+Profile" button which opens Add New Profile Requirements dialog
      4. Click any profile name (not a checkbox) and try to click "Add" or "Cancel" button. No action performs.
