Test Camel SAP components with Fuse 7.13 AR5

1) Execute with JOB_MVN_PROJECTS=:sap-test parameter

2) Execute tests one-by-one on EAP, Karaf and Spring-boot-2

Current status:
SAP is automated and executed by pipeline. Unstable jobs have lock on them and are executed serialy.
In order to execute tests, you need to specify :sap-test in profiles.
