Run performance tests with Fuse 7.13 AR5 on EAP

First you need to run prepare fuse-7-perf-s2i-eap-prepare job.

• You need to copy tested version of fuse-eap-installer and EAP to scratch/ecervena. It's workaround because wget download from http server doesn't create additional layer in Docker image (like cp does).
  After prepare job has successfully finished you can execute fuse-7-perf-s2i-eap job. This is actual performance tests.
  Results are automatically uploaded to Horreum. Request credentials for Horreum from the Horreum team (contact person: John O'Hara).
