For the Fuse 7 build we need the following : 

• new service account (mentioned in doc)
• new bacon image supporting these changes (changes are not currently in bacon though so we can't build this yet
• config changes to cci-jd-declaration-fuse : (secrets/pnc-staging-credentials.secret, secrets/default-bacon-config-file.secret)
• config changes to fuse-jenkins-pipelines : (productization/fuse-pnc-build-trigger-stage/config.yaml)

It would really help if we got the service account to be named "service-account-fuse-ci" to match our current account.
