infrastructure feature annotations for bundles

CVP for bundles ( Fuse Online, Apicurito, Fuse Console ) shows a warning that bundles need to contain new `infrastructure feature` annotations

Those annotations need to be added to bundles before CY24 Q1, because after that, that check will be mandatory for bundles.

We want product teams to use all of CY23 Q4 to update their bundles. The CVP check is expected to become gating in CY24 Q1.
