Run performance tests with Fuse 7.12 AR9 on EAP

First you need to run prepare fuse-7-perf-s2i-eap-prepare job.

• You need to copy tested version of fuse-eap-installer and EAP to scratch/ecervena. It's workaround because wget download from http server doesn't create additional layer in Docker image (like cp does).
  After prepare job has successfully finished you can execute fuse-7-perf-s2i-eap job. This is actual performance tests.
  Results are automatically uploaded to Perfrepo. Login to Perfrepo using teamsoa/teamsoa1# go to reports and create new comparison.
