First, create new Managed Kafka instance here . Then, create two topics, fuse-online-PLAIN and fuse-online-OAUTHBEARER. Also, go to the Access tab and set `Consumer group + Is + * +Allow + All` and `Topic + Is + * +Allow + All` for fuse-online-service-account. After that, copy Bootstrap server URI, and run the Managed Kafka test (-Dtags='@managed-kafka' -Dmanaged.kafka.bootstrap.server='<URL>')
