Fuse 7.x Operator Hub metadata bundles ( Fuse Console, Apicurito, Fuse Online ) doesn't have `operators.openshift.io/valid-subscription` annotation. The `Operator Valid Subscriptions Test (bundle-image)` cvp test passes (e.g. http://external-ci-coldstorage.datahub.redhat.com/cvp/cvp-redhat-operator-bundle-image-validation-test/fuse-online-rhel-8-operator-metadata-container-1.11-77/4ab7a061-bef1-469c-b98a-a09f19a4d86a/operator-valid-subscriptions-bundle-image-output.txt) but it is highly recommended to set it.
