Camel K has the autorelease of CVE respins in base images enabled, but AFAIK QE CVP pipeline is not correctly hooked into the release process.

I'm concerned about the fact that it was shipped live, but our CVP pipeline failed - https://fuse-next-jenkins-csb-fuse-qe.apps.ocp-c1.prod.psi.redhat.com/job/camel-k/job/1.8/job/cvp-listener/3/. (at least triggering of the QE CVP pipeline is working)

From avano@redhat.com investigation our QE CVP pipeline is sending the results to "VirtualTopic.eng.ci.fuse.brew-build" topic which doesn't look like a correct value.

We need to make sure that we do not auto-release anything without passing QE CVP pipeline as well.
