In order to deploy the latest ibm mq allclient on karaf runtime, bouncycastle 1.71 is required Export-Package.
Since IBM mq 9.1 EOL, customers will be updating to 9.3, like reported by rhn-support-slakade

ENV: Fuse 7.10.2, IBM MQ 9.1
The customer wants to upgrade IBM MQ 9.1 to IBM MQ 9.3 but As per our supported configuration [1], Only IBM MQ 8.0 and IBM MQ 9.1 supported with Fuse 7.10. IBM MQ 9.1 eos is next year so they need to upgrade. So, the Customer is asking if we have any plans to test/support with MQ 9.2 or 9.3 in a Fuse environment?
